When your computer doesn't meet sys reqirements for a game, does that mean you cant play it or it will lagg?

AS long as you have the same running system, then you will just be able to play it with (usually alot of) lag. But for instance, if you install a Windows 98 game on a Windows 95, it wont run. But if you have the right running system, it'll just be laggy.
