Having surgery on Fri. an am curious of others experiences?

I am 38 years old and I am scheduled to have a l hysterectomy on Friday. I am starting to feel very nervous, but not about the actual surgery. I am very apprehensive about our ual relationship after the fact. And so I wanted to ask any women who have had this done, how did it affect your ual relationship with your spouse? Did your ual experiences get better, or did they get bad or stay the same? did it affect your ual desire any at all? I am not having everything taken out, just the uterus because I have a prolaps so I am not going to go through early menopause or anything. I am really worried that this is going to mess up our life. If any of you men have wives who have had this done you are welcome to tell me your experiences also. Thanks.
