Can you give me your opinion in this situation (relationship issue)?

I've been dating this man for almost a month now. We are reeeeally into each other. We are in our mid to late 30s. I haven't talked to him since Monday evening. His phone has been acting up and it has been down since Monday evening after we talked. I stay in touch with his daughter everyday, we talk a lot too... and she told me he called her from the pay phone to say his phone was down and he told her to tell me that he loves me and that he's going to email me. But so far nothing. He's pretty much straightforward about his feelings. She even asked him if he's still into me, he said "yes, I love her and we are together". But I don't understand why he could not email or use the pay phone to call me. I know he might be busy but I just miss him so much. Do you think I have a reason to freak out? We were talking to each other all the time, everyday, and then all of a sudden it all stopped. I know it's the phone problem... well, anyway, what do you think it's going on, honestly? Thank you!!
