My teacher droped my grade?

i have bronchitis, and haven't been too school in 3 days. i had this essay stuff to do. if you don't get your stuff in on time you get 10 points off. i had like 2 things to hand in and it lowered my grade 3 points. i've been messaging him but he didn't answer. what should i do? i can't come to school, and im trying to work with him but hes not helping
