98 plymouth neon PCM not getting signal?

My car was flashing service codes that my cam sensor was bad and that my PCM wasn't getting a signal. The car kept kicking when I would drive it and would stall out a lot on the road. I replaced the cam sensor and the service light stayed on. I thought it would go away on its own so I drove the car around. It's been running well for three weeks and now it started to kick while I'm driving. The service code still says that my PCM isn't getting my cam sensor signal. How can I fix this?
