I have this big problem?????!?

ok, i was goin to mingo job corps. tuesday before last, a staff key came up missin. me and another boy got accused for takin it cause we were the only ones to use it, well i got a NOK (I.R.). for suspision of theft. wendesday they found the key on the other boy, yesterday we both had a crb (center review board), this morning i got terminated from the program but he got stay. the paper gave me before i left said that i could appeal the reason i got termed. but anyone that has been to job corps or knows, can they term you for suspision? and i also need help writin that appeal, i wnat it to be at leas t9-10 pages long.
