Mini tart shells recipe and optional fillings?

I am planning on making mini tarts for my birthday, but I can't find a good mini tart shell recipe that does not have cream cheese in. (I don't like cream cheese). can you help me find a good mini tart shell recipe without cream cheese? Also, I don't just want to fill the tarts with fruit or chocolate or some thing sweet, I also want something savory like veggies, but I am vegatarian, so no meat please. thanks!
