Why was Intal inhaler removed from the market?
I can answer this question and all intal users and friends and family should be enraged. Intal was removed from the market in the USA in March 2010. It worked for me beautifully even tho I am a sr citizen with exercise induced asthma. Intal was removed not because of side effects as they are few. It was removed because the propellant is CFC (chloroflourocarbon) which was removed from market in stages starting with the inception of I think EPA. It is feared (I believe wrongfully) that the tiny amount of CFC (the propulsion agent) is considered a risk to the ozone layer. This would mean that they are more afraid that it is of greater concern that a snail darter could get sunburned than are all of the asthma sufferers health. Now if that does not make you blood boil, well you are more patient than I.
